Chad, the manager, at one of the Starkville locations was very rude to me. I saw where a unit was available online as well as after being told by the online chat system. Upon calling, Chad told me that all units were taken. After much conversation, he said he thought I was inquiring about a unit in Oxford and that I must understand that the "chat" system is based out of Arkansas so they don't know what's available. I would suggest not only working on customer service but also treating people with respect especially if customer oriented business! While I was on the phone with

We rented a unit to store some of our things before a move, and Bully's Lockers made it about as painless and hassle-free as can be -- it was great. There's no deposit, and your lease starts whenever you want it to, so you don't have to worry about starting on the 1st of the month. (They can also prorate it, so if you need a unit for a particular amount of time, it's easy to do.) The smallest unit they have is 5 x 10 feet for $40 a month, so for the amount of space you get it's pretty reasonable.
