Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The professionalism of the owner or manager is horrible to deal with. After posting our concerns on facebook, we found several others having the same issues we did. Also found the same owner using different business names in the past few years. Please beware.

These guys are outstanding. They have turned my house from blah to wow. I could not be more satisfied. Didnt know what I wanted to do and left it to their creative vision. The outcome was beyond my imagination. Also very thankful for their ciurtuious staff accommodating and respecting our work schedule as my wife and I work opposite hours. We are now working on a plan for our cottage. Thumbs up all the way.

I had a bad experience with this company, mainly from the owner. Sean has an anger problem and does not like to be held accountable for broken promises and timelines. The finished product was acceptable, but the customer service, tone of voice, condescending attitude of the owner was just not professional at all! I would never recommend using him.

My husband and I TOTALLY RECOMMEND Bricks Landscape! After obtaining a few quotes from companies in the area, we hired Bricks for a very large redesign to the backyard of our lakefront property which required both hardscape and landscape changes. Throughout the project, Shawn was honest and professional. He was frequently on site, personally overseeing his crew, and was always available (even after hours) for our phone calls, and texts regarding questions or concerns- working TOGETHER with my husband and I the entire time.

From the design to the quality of workmanship, I highly recommend Bricks.
Investing a substantial amount of money can be scary, I’m glad my wife and i made the decision to retain these guys.
They met every deadline and kept the cost exactly as proposed.
I believe our patio is showcased on their website which is in my opinion the best proof of quality.
Can’t wait till summer to enjoy our incredible paradise at home.

I first hired Shawn to complete a project for me on a commercial property that I was redeveloping. To be fair, the first call to his office was to get a quote for pavers and shrubs in a courtyard area. I sent him the plans like I did everyone else that was going to submit a bid. But Shawn actually came to the site (he was the only one that bothered). And after the visit, he was reluctant to give me a quote. It seemed strange to me. I had successfully gotten 3 other quotes to complete the work outlined. Frankly I don’t know why I even bothered to call him back; but I am glad that I did!

Bricks Landscaping was the best choice for my wife’s and I yard, we first tried him out on one patio to see the quality and we were VERY SATISFIED.....enough that we hired him back the following year to do a front walkway, 2nd patio in the back with a fire pit, and landscaping all around the house a full 360 of my house! The following year after that (this year) we had 2 blocks settle from the winter and sank down from the patio, I called them and they sent someone out that week to fix it! Service was amazing!!! Had it for 3 years now and it still looks beautiful! I highly recommended to anyone

Bricks was fantastic! We used them three times...they did a beautiful front walk, then the next season they did phase one of our back patio...and the following year they did phase two of the back patio....in addition they did amazing landscaping for us both in the front and back yard. Bricks was just amazing from start to finish! I would recommend them to anyone....if there was an option to give them more than 5 stars I would...one word sums up there service and work.... EXCEPTIONAL!
