About a month ago I called because my toilet had a leak. I was charged $150 for the repair. A few days later, every time I flushed the toilet the tank would jiggle. I called them and they sent the same man to tighter the bolts. Again it only lasted for a few days. When I informed them, they told me to replace the toilet. I said I only bought this toilet 5 years ago and it was expensive, $500+. They told me to then call the manufacturer. I was told by the manufacturer the gasket is not standard, so the one that was used wouldn’t work. The manufacturer mailed me the proper gasket, so I had them

Betty and Chris were two of the nicest people that I've dealt with in a long time in reference to a business. My water heater wasn't working and Chris came over assessed the situation and saw that I had an elderly parent living in the house and he really was concerned and wanted to get that hot water up and running quickly. My hot water heater had to be replaced but it was still under warranty and Chris took the initiative to help me try to get a refund. He also had the new water heater installed quickly. We had a new water heater and new gas boiler installed converting from oil. Andrew and his crew were great on all fronts. He went over our options, made recommendations and made sure we would be happy with what we chose. The job was completed in one day which was great. I expected two. They were neat, very friendly and professional. The end result was fantastic. He followed up a few days later to make certain the water and heat were working to our satisfaction. We are ecstatic with the job.
