My shady home warranty company assigned KTech to repair my air conditioner. The same day they were supposed to promptly come out, the warranty company practices tried to cheat Slavic and he resigned doing business with them, leaving me without a vendor. I totally understand where he is coming from with his decision. After conversation, Slavic came out first thing the next morning and took care of the problem in one trip. I can't appreciate that kind of service enough! Thank you for saving my family from this awful heat!
