Great experience! Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The team arrived on time and worked very fast. They got everything done in under 30 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other spots. Definitely will use them again for any future glass repair.

I had failed an inspection for a scratch on my windshield. Got in contact with them and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, curtesy, and friendliness over the phone. Asked for a quote and they gave me the out the door price which was way cheaper than other places I checked. Setting up my appointment was easy and they where early rather than on time. The job was done in a flash with great attention to detail and personal property. I will certainly use them again if the time comes.

I selected them because I like to use local small business and they had a great rating. Called on Monday, USAA delivered email they were being scheduled and BDR told me I'm scheduled for Wed morning. No conformation call Tuesday evening. I called Wed morning to confirm, and was told I had a $1000 deductible. My insurance is in Florida and there is no deductable in Florida for windshields which my email on Monday said. Took 2 hours to fix with USAA, Which could have been avoided with a call on Tuesday evening, office told me they were familiar with doing Florida ins. for windshields. Office said

Very impressed with the BDR crew. They were courteous and professional. Were also able to provide services next day and called prior to arrival. Overall time to replace was roughly 35 minutes. Crew was very able and willing to answer all of my questions regarding the service, type of replacement window, warranty and any thing else. Big thanks!

I had the windshield on my jeep replaced in under 30 minutes. They were very nice and friendly. They came all the way out to Huntingtown from St. Mary's. The overall quality and experience was outstanding! I would definitely recommend to everyone, and will use them again!
