Terrible company. Waiting more than 4 days for them to retrieve their dumpster. They will always overcharge you saying overweight. The person name Michael is very disrespectful and treats customers and employees like garbage and I would avoid using this business at all costs. Do not use this company service. Better to call 311 to pick and pay.

Exceptional Company. I needed to get a dumpster fast for a construction project at our house.
I messaged the company on Facebook and received all my answers immediately. I was able to get the dumpster the same day I called. They were professional every step of the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible company. They have one man who creates the estimates that agreed to come to our home to price how much it’d be to remove one path of pebbles. He said he’d get back to us that night or the following day.
He came to our home and took photos, and he NEVER called back or responded again. We’ve called both numbers for this company multiple times to get our estimate and have had no response. The fact that he’d come to our home during a pandemic and take photos of our property only to never respond is such a disappointment and shows a complete disregard for safety and customer

I did not use this service, but I hope the owner of the business sees this. Today I was driving south on the thruway around 4:45 pm and one of your drivers was ahead of me switching lanes constantly and unsafely. He almost drove a pickup truck off the road and then proceeded to honk and flip the driver off, even though it was his fault for not looking. The top of the dumpster was also not sealed properly and some debris flew out and landed on the vehicle behind me and almost caused an accident. This is totally unprofessional and unsafe behavior. I needed a dumpster I was moving and was down sizing I see these dumpsters everywhere called them and within the hour I had a dumpster they loaded cleaned up after themselves the guys were great and friendly did there job and out they were I would rate them a five star ⭐ great company
