Services
1,800 s.f. 29 Claude Street is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Wardour in Annapolis, Md. The renovation/addition was done for a speculation developer, wherein we added approx. 500 s.f. to the footprint, and added a dormer to the front and rear of the existing upstairs attic. The design is based on the local bungalow vernacular of the surrounding neighborhood.
7,500 s.f. The Beaulieu Residence is a brick Neo Classical seven bedroom house located on the highest point in Davidsonville, Md. The client owned a prominent brick and block company in the area and wanted a house that would serve himself and his spouse in retirement as well as serve as a showplace for the beauty of brick and masonry.
