I had service to my system today by one of Integrity's technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general. Integrity, this guy is an asset to your company! You are lucky to have him!

Called their office to get information on the different models and pricing they carry. Unfortunately the lady that answered said they had no one in the office to answer those questions and would have to set an appointment to come to my house?
If you sell a product and have an office please have someone that can speak with potential clients. Everything does not require a home visit and wasting everyone's time.

I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out

Really can't rate because I never get the same service man. But I can tell you one thing in September everything was good on maintenance check now today they want me to pay almost$500.00 to clean my system that I pay a maintenance fee every year of between $100.00 & $200.00 for. Plus I paid over $1000.00 to have warranty on parts and labor for10 yrs. I feel like Integrity is a money pit. Not happy😡

Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, I called and spoke with Shelby who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The technician Dustin, arrived when expected and very quickly fixed the problem, he was fantastic! They do not charge extra for late night service calls and provide professional workmanship.
I am delighted with the service I received.

From the beginning they were the friendliest on the phone and in person. They called and confirmed the day before and sent txt message when the technician was in his way. The technician was very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I have used others in the past but this company’s name says it all. The best experience with an AC company ever. Wish I would have found them years ago.
