I had Jake come out to service my a/c on the hottest day so far this year. I just bought this house a week ago and I woke up this morning and it was 80 degrees. Obviously frustrated and hot. I also have a siberian husky and alaskan malamute so I was worried about them. I was wondering how long it was going to take to get someone out here being it was 100 degrees today and I am sure a/c companies were busy. We had Woodhams come out to replace 2 hvac units we had in our 100 yr old home. One of which was tricky. The owner was very friendly and informative. He kept me updated every step of the process. I had Woodham's install an on demand hot water heater and fresh air return. Jake's attention to detail is what sets him apart from other HVAC companies. For example the drain pipes from the hot water heater are straight and secured down to the concrete floor. The exhaust and intake pipes are cleanly ran straight through the basement and well secured to the floor joist. I never felt pressured to purchase anything extra or add on any reoccurring services. So for once I decided to have actual maintenance preformed on my system before summer started because I trusted he would have my best interest
