Just wanted to thank Gem Statewide Plumbing for being here when we needed a plumber. Mike M. was just outstanding and very professional. Water heater leaked and called the emergency line, (Saturday morning) Mike M. was here with a new water heater in less than an hour! I would highly recommend Gem for all your plumbing needs and I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. I have enjoyed using them in the past and will continue in the future . Extremely satisfied with Gem and their service! Donna was quick to set me up with a plumber for my water leak behind the wall located by the leak detectors.
Bryan called the morning of the appointment to let me know he would arrive in about 10-15 minutes. He showed up on time and ready to solve the problem. He quickly got to work and was super friendly and explained what he was doing the entire time. He replaced the part of the compromised pipe in a timely manner and all was right again! He did such a fantastic job, I have him coming back later this week for a few more minor projects.

The staff and plumbers are always very quick to respond and have usually come out the same day within a few hours of my call. Ive had to have my water heater replaced because of a leak. Their plumber Ronny installed my new water heater, he was very polite, quick, and highly professional. There was no mess, my water heater looked amazing! I expected to have globs of glue, dirt and rust on my floor. The entire area was spotless! I am surely recommending this company to anyone that needs a water heater.
