I have always had a passion for trees and the tree care industry. At the age of 8 years old, I started working summers with my Grandfather, Bob Castleman. He was an Arborist who owned and operated a successful Lake Geneva tree service since 1959. My Grandfather instilled in me my drive, work ethic, and value of customer service.

Jesse is a great guy. He is honest, a hard worker with very competitive prices. I had 2 very large, very old ash trees that had died and a large pine tree that was dying. Jesse and his crew did a great job. I miss the trees, but I had no choice. The only thing Jesse could have done to make the experience better would have been to replace the huge, old, dead trees with huge, old healthy trees. But, unfortunately, as good as he is, that was beyond his skills...

I had two trees to be removed and also one that needed trimming. Jesse was quick to reach out to my inquiry about services and was able to arrange a time to perform the work in a timely manner. Jesse and his team arrived on time and efficiently did all the work. All branches, brush and stump grinding debris were completely removed from the yard. I had a large maple tree that needed to come down. I called around and got a few estimates. I was impressed by Jesse and wanted to use him but he was booked way too far, so I went with another company that promised to do it in a few weeks. They didn't show up on the agreed date and wouldn't do it for many weeks so I called Jesse who got things arranged very quickly. This was not an easy job. Every piece had to be lowered by rope because the tree was overhanging my house and garage and above my neighbors garage. They cleaned up and hauled away the wood. I highly recommend Root Tree Service.

Jesse was great! His pricing is competitive, timing was as promised, quality of work was outstanding, and the clean up after all the trimming and removal was excellent. Jesse did everything that he promised and more. Among other things done, we had a very tall but dead ash located in our back yard which is on a relatively steep hill down to the lake. It was difficult to get any equipment to the tree so Jesse climbed, trimmed, and cut it down without anyone, or anything, getting hurt or damaged. He then had to cut the trunk up and roll the pieces down to the lake to have it picked up on the water

I contacted Jesse to look at some trees that I needed removed and he showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me step by step what his plan of attack was, him and his team tackled the project in no time. I left for work in the morning and by the time I got back home, it didn't even look like anyone was doing work there. His crew cleaned up and were very respectful. Will definitely call again in the future.

Jesse is an amazing person. He is hard working, honest, friendly, safe, and competitive with his pricing. He has excellent equipment to do any job. He came for a free estimate and quickly followed up with an email quote. He quickly got us on his schedule to clear a property line of trees. It was done in one day and completely cleaned up. They raked my lawn and blew off the grass and driveway. Everything was hauled away all branches chipped up, sticks, sawdust, and wood. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team for any project and will keep his business card close for future work.

Jesse did an incredible job removing several trees from our property. The initial decision to go with Roots was how prompt they were through the entire process and dedication to the customer experience. I did not have the same experience from other services contacted. Jesse came out immediately to review and discuss the work needed and provided an estimate the very next day. The final decision to accept Roots was the estimate being very reasonable for the amount of work required and within expectation.
