My company bought a 2011 F-350 from Nathan at Gilbert Ford. With us being 2 hours away Nathan did everything we asked to show us the truck inside and out. On top of that he also collected all of our information to make the process as easy as possible once we showed up to pick up the truck. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I will definitely be talking to Nathan at Gilbert Ford for future personal vehicles and work vehicles.

Love my new truck. Nathan, my sales associate, was excellent in helping me every step of the way for my purchase of my new truck. He helped me learn all the new technology in the new truck and even helped me unload my old truck into the new. I would recommend Nathan to all my family and friends. I have shopped at this dealership for all my car’s. They are a very good car company. It also extended on 01/09/2021 to outside of the dealership. My daughter is a delivery driver for domino’s pizza and she delivered pizza to Nathan Liscomb where she had a flat tire in his driveway. Him and a friend of his help her put the spear tire on the car and was very nice and respectful to her. I want to say thank you so much to him and his friend for being so respectful and nice to her and also me and my father when we arrived there to his home.

One word, Wow!!!! Let me put it this way, Travis made such an impression, my cheapness was subdued by good old fashioned, down home "CUSTOMER SERVICE". On 8/7/2017 I took my Winnebago Fuse/Ford Transit Diesel for repair reference a check engine light. My wife's leased Ford Fusion was 3 months out from expiring, decided to shop around to buy an SUV and remember someone once telling me that if you travel outside of the city to more remote/quiet towns, you get a better deal. Having gone online to some local/nearby "city" dealers and typing in the year/make and model, the 1st thing I notice is that most are $1195 to $1595 under MSRP so I tried the cities of Belle Glade and Okeechobee and "voila', Gilbert Ford shows up and I type in the same, exact car/model search and their results are roughly $3-$4,500 dollars LESS than

Gilbert Ford is the only place I will buy my vehicles moving forward. I was looking for a truck for 6 months and found it here. This place is about 1.5 hours away from me, but it was well worth the drive. If you want a dealership with down to earth people, this is it. Michelle was my sales person and she was awesome! I was able to test drive this truck for 20 minutes. They made me a great deal on it, and I was out of there quick. Their service is over the top fantastic. I had been working with a "Big Dealer" for over a week before they told me that they were not going to be able to find what I was looking for. A buddy of mine that lives up in Palm City, FL said that I should really reach out to Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee. I will forever be grateful that I took his advice.
