Needed to have a dead tree removed from our back yard. Called the office and left a message. Makalyla returned my call the same day, was out that afternoon to inspect an offer a quote.
Crew arrived on the day and time promised. Very professional, had the tree down and branches cleaned up in less than two hours.

ArborTech came to our home last week to trim our trees and remove a few dead trees as well. We live on a lot with a lot of trees so it was a pretty big job. Not only did they provide the best quote (we called around), but they were easy to schedule, arrived when they said they would and completed the work beautifully. The whole team was friendly, hard working and clearly knowledgable about the needs of our trees. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any future needs.

The February Freeze killed four large Arizona Ash trees in my yard.
Richard Fussellman had stopped by my house and talked to my wife about them; so, when we decided to remove them we asked them to give us a bid. Richard was not only the most professional, but asked neither for a deposit nor contract.
He said they were about 3-months out but gave me an estimated date of August 10. He notified me that they were going to be a day late but showed up with a crew on August 11 at 8 am and my trees were gone, the stumps were ground and clean up was complete by 6 pm.
These guys did a great job!

Makayla responded quickly to my voice mail regarding having a tree removed from my front yard. She came to my home that afternoon and gave my husband and me a fair quote for removing the tree and grinding the stump and we hired Arbor-Tech on the spot. The Arbor-Tech crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. It was amazing to watch the crew work, they are a real team and it showed. They did a great job of removing our tree and grinding the stump. They were nice and courteous and very respectful of our property.

These guys are fast and efficient. John was able to visualize the end result before they even got started. He cut and trimmed back the areas I asked him to and it turned out better than I could have expected. I’ll be recommending this company to anyone that needs any tree services done. They strive to make sure it’s exactly as you want it. 5 stars no question. Bet! 😊

What a great company! Usually the review I’m about to leave would be for some white glove car service, or tech company but you get that level of service with a tree service! I’ve used between 7-8 different tree companies in the last 13 years and Richard’s Arbortech Tree Service is a cut above all else.
Richard, one of co owners, is a great guy and tells you everything up front. Next the crew of 7-8 guys came out. They are careful, quick, accurate, professional, funny and clean. When you see these guys work together you can tell this is not your usually tree service that hire day laborers

A major windstorm downed a large oak in our front yard this week, 8/2020. We discovered tree @ 630a, called Arbor-Tech and left message. Received return call around 710a and Richard said he he would be out to look. He came by and we agreed to a price. He sent John out who showed up promptly and proceeded to remove the tree canopy, which was blocking the public street nearly half way and worked for several hours to clear tree from street and a pathway for the sidewalk was opened. John was professional, polite and through.

The service they provided was high quality and very prompt. However, their business ethics and ability to communicate are sorely lacking. They triple charged me on plants and I had to beg them to come to my home to review the invoice. They promised to take $1000 off of a very large project. I have yet to receive the credit. I would never do business with them again.

About 8-10 branches were not removed or cut completely and now (3-4 weeks later) we have dead brown branches in our trees. They are too high or still partially attached for us to remove ourselves. We called and emailed Arbor-Tech asking for them to clean them up and they came out within 2 weeks to pull them out.

Arbortech did a fabulous job cleaning out deadwood and removing some dying trees in my yard. Richard was friendly, professional and very flexible with scheduling. The crew worked tirelessly and did a great job cleaning up. My yard looks like a beautiful park now. Great job and fair priced. I highly recommend them!
