L&L Services and Rentals, LLC in Lebanon, PA was created in early 2009 by Rick and Michelle Herbert, Rick has 34 years of construction, general contracting services, and business experience. We decided to put together a small construction company that will not lose sight of customer service and quality.
We serve clients within a 65 mile radius of the Reading, PA area from Harrisburg to Philadelphia and from the Poconos to Northern Delaware. We provide all areas of residential repair. One call does it all. Our skilled team specializes in all areas of home remodeling, home upgrades, and repair specialty.

Rick and his crew did a ton of work for us when we bought a weekend home in PA. He was recommended highly to us by our real estate agent. They did a lot of prep work for us before we moved in, i.e. painting and some general repairs. All was good, we were happy with the work and trusted them to be on the premises without us being there. About a year later, we had a flood with a lot of major damage. Rick came immediately with his crew to set up fans and humidifiers. They did all the repair work, including gut jobs of a bathroom and the kitchen. All flooring was replaced, windows were replaced

There are 2 issues for this low rating.. 1) Was recommended by my realtor to use L&L to finish the basement ceiling of a house we were going to purchase. Since we were from another state and not having a clue who to trust or get, we went with the realtor's suggestion. We figured we would get the work done before moving into the house; so once we closed, we hired L&L. Before work started, we moved in some of our items into the garage thinking everything would be safe ... thinking that we could trust the workers.. That brings us to point #2)...I am not, by nature, a trusting person
