Zebra awning is as good as it gets without the frills and therefore hi prices! Michael and Leon where so responsive and helpful! They accomodated my needs and where available through the entire awning replacement experience! The workmanship is top notch and I could not be more pleased with the end result!

There aren't enough words of praise to shower on these friendly folk! Zebra installed my first awning about twenty years ago. I have been so happy with it that when it came time to replace it after twenty years or more of wind, weather, and the like, I hunted them out again. Zebra deserves that sort of loyalty. ( By the way, their new location has a huge, poetic window onto the Bay which soothes the soul while you're placing your order.)

A contractor leaned his ladder against our awning, and Zebra was quick to not only bid on a replacement, but also provided the option for an on-site sewing job to repair the split seam.
Given the 99% of the awning that was still in good condition, I went for the repair. Two guys came out and not only did a splendid job pulling the split canvas together, they were professional, personable, and worked very safely on the ladder. Kudos to the craftsmen and a good local business!

Zebra was recommended to us by our landlord, as they had previously designed the banners on the outside of our building for the other tenants. We didn't have to go through the creative process with them, so I cannot comment on that. However, we sent them the design for the banner for our suite, they quickly got back to us with a quote, and before i knew it the banner was installed.
The service was quick, the quality is great, and I thought the price was reasonable. Our banner looks perfect.

I started my own business five years ago- so I have not needed signs or awnings in the past. I really felt like Zebra took the time to see my space and make creative suggestions- helping me to get the most recognition possible.
It might have been *my* first shop but I would never underestimate the importance of good signage! My sign and window look clean and professional reflecting the type of work we do...clean and professional!
Im sure you could find cheaper options. Look around the city. Many people have, and it does not lend much to the neighborhood when a business skimps on its curb appeal

My neighbor had an awning from these guys before, and after we painted the building, he got another one. I was impressed with the old one, but the new one was even cooler.
I live upstairs and when it rained I could see that the water would bead up and pour off his awning -- whoa! Is that what they mean by waterproof?
We had a problem with a leak where our door was and numerous contractors advised that, with the addition of an awning over our door, many of our leak problems would go away.
So we ordered from Zebra (to have matching awnings on the building). Their customer service was excellent

Zebra Awning was an excellent source for us. They helped us in a timely manner and took care of all the city jurisdiction that is involved with putting up signage. We looked around for a good price and were unable to find anyone who could match their price either. Thanks to Michael and Zebra crew for the sweet awning on our store at Loyal Army.
