With such great reviews, we felt confident calling this company to get help with a lock out situation. Even though we were told they would be there in half an hour, we received a second call after twenty minutes from a different person saying they were twenty five minutes away. With weather conditions the way they are, we can understand the delay but the second tech didn't seem to know we'd been contacted by the first tech. In all, we waited for over an hour for someone to come by. After unlocking the house, the cost was much higher than what others had said they had paid in similar circumstances

I didn't receive a receipt and attempted to call Co Locksmiths. Both numbers on the website are for a different company, who had no record of the work done at my house. Seems to be a call center that gives referrals to other companies. I found out later the work is subcontracted. Won't be using again and do not recommend.

Someone broke into the locked key box outside our house and I found myself in immediate need of a locksmith. So I asked for bids via Yelp. Omer called right away and sounded knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I got a few other bids, all similar pricing, but Omer sounded the most confident and friendly and he was available right away. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he rekeyed all 7 of my locks and gave me some security advice, too. I hope I don't need a locksmith again for a very long time--but if I do, I'll call Omer right away. And....anyone with one of those locking

The technician took over 3 hrs to install a dead bolt on the garage to kitchen door. The installation was botched. The strike plate was too big and the door very difficult to open and closed. The wood on the door molding was cracked. The lower sill plate screw small er than the other, fell out. The upper screw was not flush with the plate. The fixture did not match the existing brushed nickel finish. The installer left after 6 PI called the supervisor the next morning. He assured me that someone would be calling me in the next 10 minutes to set up an appointment. After 1 and a half hours I called

Omer was awesome. He was willing to beat other quotes and could come out same day. The quote he gave me for a repair ended up being half what he thought the fix would take so it was cheaper than his quote. He was done in about 45 mins. Installed new locks and knob, rekeyed other lock to match, and fixed an issue with our door frame that made locking up difficult.
Also loved that he showed me his ID when he gave me his business card. Never seen that before but was a great touch. Great guy, great work, great price. I'll definitely use him again.

Tough to praise this company enough.
We made an off hours phone call when requesting a same day change of all locks in a large house after our keys were suspected stolen.
The company representatives were responsive and courteous. They arranged for a locksmith to be on site within 30 minutes.
The locksmith was polite, taking notice that some of our family members were napping. He was clean and swift, completely changing six locks in the house (of varying complexity) in about an hour.
This is a top-notch operation. Highly recommended.

I had a lockset in my home that was extremely hard to operate, and which didn't respond to my usual home remedies. I took photos, described the problem on line, and got an almost immediate response, even though it was on a weekend and I had said I didn't have an emergency.

I just had a very good experience with Co Locksmiths this morning. I sent in a quote request around 7:00 am and had a response within 5 minutes. They agreed to meet me at my home to rekey a lock and Assan arrived on time. He was polite, fast and friendly. A pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called Co locksmiths today, very early in the morning, to unlock my coffee stand when I was locked out.
Technician arrived within an hour. Unlocked the door without a problem.
I found this company to be very attentive. They went above and beyond with to make sure I was satisfied with their service and I would definitely use them again.

CO Locksmiths was easy to work with and inexpensive. I had to create a duplicate for my Honda so I called around a couple businesses in the area to get quotes. CO Locksmiths was the least expensive and their Yelp ratings were reassuring to know that they had a record of good service.
They sent Homer to meet me at my home and he was patient to explain exactly what he was doing and how it worked. It took a few tries to get the key cut exactly just right, but he got it! I am so happy to have a new car key that isn't falling apart.
