This was my first experience looking for an hvac/furnace cleaning and tuneup due to prolonged (7 months currently) work in the unit upstairs, so I've been stressed out and a bit nervous about the process.
Josh and Omair arrived at the end of their work day, cheerful and just super cool about the mess my place is and all the questions I had. Josh, the lead tech, is VERY knowledgeable about ducts and furnaces, and was very gracious in sharing what he knew. Just a great vibe from both of them at the start, which helped put me at ease

Did good work. Will call them again, refer them and recommend them.
Watched by being right next to the technician. Cleaned all vents and showed before and after work.
The technicians who did the cleaning are also good, honest and hardworking.
It is mature mindset to show the before and after photos.
I did not like 2 aspects. Trying to sell the UV filter "as part" of package, then whoops $$$ . Was able to quickly get it removed.
Trying to sell "sanitizer" package, right after cleaning.
Then...forgot to send me the photos...so cannot post them. Organize it such that you

We've lived at our home for a couple of years and noticed our daughter was recently congested, especially at night. I had made an appointment with Chicagoland Air Duct last week to clean out our air vents. Josh came out and was really friendly and explained what they were going to do in detail. He listened to and answered all of our questions as well as gave us useful information for future maintenance. We did not see any pictures of the vents but I did see the dirt from them. They were respectful of our home with wearing covers on shoes and also face masks. We will be calling to schedule

Josh came out today and he was extremely professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did anything, was very clear in his communications and while he made some recommendations for other things we might want to consider, like a UV light, but he wasn't overly pushy about upselling me. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and have no hesitation on using them again in the future.

The Chicagoland Air duct team came promptly during there scheduled time, and removed there shoes to not track dirt into the house. We went over the scope of work from the pre generated invoice and there was no upsells. I was informed through the process as well. The work is amazing and their transparent and flat rate prices are awesome. I will use them again.

I do not recommend Chicagoland Air Duct! I just renovated my first house and was looking forward to having the ducts cleaned out so I could use the ac. The two guys that showed up apparently never used their equipment before because while vacuuming out the ducts they didn't connect the hose to a filter and sprayed dust all over my house.
Our brand new carpet was ruined and our newly painted walls. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back and it's been days and no one will answer their phone.
Save your money and use a professional company. I had to hire professional cleaners

As a first time homeowner, cleaning our air ducts was near the bottom of our to-do list. However, after a severe allergic reaction on Christmas day, it became a super high priority. Within one day of reaching out, we had scheduled an appointment for a baseline cleaning service. When walking through what we needed, the lead technician recommended additional services, without trying to up-sell us. Both technicians were friendly, professional, responsive, and EXTREMELY fast/throughout in their work on our gross situation (photos speak for themselves). I cannot recommended this business more!

I needed to hire air duct cleaning and furnace check for my parents. I really liked how responsive they were in setting up and appointment.
They were about to come a few weeks later and they called before they came over and were able to do it all a little over an hour. My mom liked that they were wearing masks, quick and answered any questions. I would definitely consider reaching out to them for our next duct cleaning!

Great experience. Two guys showed up promptly and both called and texted to let me know they were en route. Walked me through what they were doing (duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning) and got started. The cost was exactly what the estimate said it would be, though they did offer an additional service (some kind of UV cleaning or antibacterial thing in the vents) which we opted for. Anyway - straightforward, polite, and efficient. Absolutely recommend.

Mainly chose this place because of the favorable reviews. I did some estimates with other companies and decided to go with these guys because they were upfront about pricing and didn't lure you in with a coupon and then say you need to get a higher end service.
I was able to book online and Dion and Eric came on-time and ready to get to work. They were patient throughout the process as I asked questions and was watching them.
