5 Star experience from the start. Lloyd personally answers and is available at anytime. Honest, straight forward communication with a problem solving mentality. Never said “no” and actively tried to resolve the issue another installer couldn’t. Very happy to be a TruBold client and look forward to no “false alarms”.

I was looking for a security company that fixes my home security alarm system, and was referred to his company. Lloyd returned my call in a prompt manner. Kept me updated when he couldn't arrive on time. He was professional and courteous on the phone. Told me the upfront costs of whatever issue I needed fixing. I am very satisfied with his work. Lloyd (with TruBold Security) came over to my house to diagnose and fix my faulty alarm system. Now to have someone come into your house and deal with something like a security issue, you need to have someone you can trust. He was very professional in his visit.
