I am so grateful to have found Mike. I don't have a big house with a big money construction project, so my small jobs were turned down by one after another contractor/home repair business. It was a frustrating and demoralizing experience - and then I found Mike! Mike and Garrison showed up exactly when they said they would and had wonderful attention to detail. I hired them to caulk the outside of my windows and it ended up being an extensive job due to sketchy installation by my original builder. I also had them replace a door that ended up having extensive floor rot underneath, again due to bad installation by my builder, Ryan homes. The new door is awesome. The wall repairs and floor repairs look great. Mike even called to check up afterwards to make sure we were happy and all was well.

I would like to recommend Mike Eidlin as an outstanding home improvement professional. Mike responded to my inquiry promptly. I am writing in recognition of Mike Eidlin and his coworker Keith. They have been helping us by working through impossible summer temps to make permanent repairs to our house, and, we are expecting to have them come again in the fall, to complete additional repairs to the exterior of the house, as they have proved both their expertise and mettle in home repair.

Mike mounted a microwave, installed a ventilation system in my kitchen, and repaired damages to the wall created by the old (failing) vent. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He looked after every detail of the project and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't cut corners. I'd recommend him to anyone with home repair needs.

Mike is the ultimate professional. He does impeccable work. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of repairs. He communicates while doing the job, so there are no surprises, and is totally honest about what to expect. He is on time and assures the work area is clean prior to departure. I needed a cracked roof truss fixed in the attic and view various handyman services in Frederick, MD. I called Mike and explained the problem to him and he was very friendly and professional and told me what needed to be done. His price was fair and he scheduled a time to come out within a few days. He completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Mike for any of your handyman services and I would definitely hire him again, if the need arises. We had some serious rot issues in the wood trim around our windows and exterior of the house. Mike came in and did a fantastic job. He gave me an honest assessment on the extent of each problem and then kept me informed as the work progressed. He gave me options to most efficiently stretch my available money and helped me prioritize the projects. He and his worker were always on time and were very hard workers, and always cleaned up their work areas cleaner than when they started! He even came back and painted the newly replaced wood when he found out that my painters weren't available until Spring

I recently used Mike for repairs to doors that were installed incorrectly and to replace gables on an outdoor building. His work is impeccable, he is detail oriented, professional, shows up exactly when he says he will and cleans up at the end of each day. The basement door that he repaired now doesn't leak for the first time in many years and opens and closes with ease.
