I’ve worked with Cicero’s Development on several projects. The first project was an addition to my Wheaton Salon we added about 2100, hundred sq. feet to existing salon. Second project was a new salon in south Naperville where we built from the bottom up about 3200 sq. feet. Third project was a remodel in my Wheaton location. My fourth renovation was expanding my Color Room at my Rt.# 59 Salon. My current project was a 5600 sq. salon and spa built up from the bottom up.

After 27 years in the hotel business I have gone through a few renovations and this one has been by far the best in terms of quality, timing and personnel.
Your staff, especially Newt have done what I consider a spectacular job and they should be commended for it.
We want you to know how much we appreciate the level of care for the work that has been done and especially for our guests during this time. As you and I know, there is never a good time to do a renovation in a hotel due to the potential problems with noise and smell, but you pulled it off without a problem.

They are excellent with recommending ways to maximize the client's ROI. They also do an incredible job helping you navigate the PIP -- often times eliminating the need for items on the PIP or phasing it. They're honest and always give it to you straight. Their estimates are thorough, and the site visit is well worth the cost. It can literally save you thousands of dollars, and in a few cases have helped buyers avoid dumping
