ECOTHERM Pools R-10 insulated walls resist heat loss more efficiently than any other type of pool wall. Heat gained from the sun is retained, maintaining water temperature even overnight, when other types of pools lose up to 10 F. I have an older Sundance Hot tub. I have every interaction I have had with Shepnell pool and Spa has been great. They are informative, patient and sell a great product. If you are looking for a spa include Shepnell in your decision making process and go see these guys. They are not transactional. The service team is punctual and .always look to solve your spa problem in the most cost effective manner.

Very responsive to me on pricing. Got into the niitty-gritty with me about features like the new Smart-Tub. Willing to tackle a tough installation, down a hill and in a tight location, did it very well indeed. And when the power here went out for an hour or so and the "Smart Tub" app notified them of that issue, they reached out to me to make sure everything is good. Aces, in my opinion.
Backstory: my 12-year old spa died this past winter (ran it year-round, and it developed a leak while I was away during February, and it self-destructed). Bought a brand new Sundance Optimus Spa

Horrible customer service. I wrote them asking for prices and more details on 3 specific Sundance Spas. There response was:
"Here is a link to the Sundance website for more information - https://www.sundancespas.com/en-us
We hope you'll be able to stop in to see us and learn more about our spas. We have the Ramona and Bristol in stock."
I wrote back and asked again for the prices, and received no answer.

I bought a small hot tub for a rental cottage that I own--I needed it quickly, as the old one had frozen up and I needed to replace it for our paying guests. Shepnell had what wanted at an affordable price, so I wish I could give them five stars. My only problem is that they hired Booska movers to deliver it, at my expense. The guys from Booska who did the work were fine, and did they job they were contracted to do. But then we got a phone call from their boss at Booska, "Adam," who said we needed to pay them another $150. For what? He kept thinking of excuses, none of which had any basis
