Services
Aeration will help loosen compacted soil for proper root development and allow for improved air, water and nutrient uptake. Aeration also helps reduce the thatch layer. Fall is the best time to overseed your lawn. This will help to thicken up the lawn and fill in stubborn bare areas, (Recomended with Fall Core Aeration).
Granular Fertilizer / Pre-emergent Crabgrass control / Broadleaf weed control as needed. Granular Fertilizer / Broadleaf weed control as needed. We apply a preventive exterior barrier treatment in the Spring to help prevent Carpenter Ants from entering your home. We apply a preventive exterior application in the Spring to help prevent bees/wasps from nesting on your home, deck, shed, mailbox and more.

Highly recommend. Ever since I switched from a popular competitor TruGreen which promised results but after several years of use did not nearly meet expectations, I decided to give Emerald a try at it. The results were night and day. The products they use are reported as pet safe as long as you wait at least 1 hour after they drop it which I will wait a day or 2 to be safe for my pet to walk on. And my lawn looks as good as its ever been in the 8 years that I have owned this home. I finally feel proud to go out and sit, or play with my dog on the lawn - and not feel embarrassed about how it looks

First quality customer service. Personal attention. Quality documentation and required licensing. Price is more than adequate. Personnel doing the work are polite and waste no time in accomplishment of the task.
