I had been dealing with Lowes Extended Protection Plan for 20 days trying to get someone out to my house regarding my Frigidaire side by side freezer leaking! They finally reached out to One Choice Appliance and Mr. Terry came out and knew right away what the problem was! My drain was stopped up (I didn't know there was one lol). He had to take everything out of the freezer, and remove panels in the back of the freezer, and I believe in the back of the unit as well. He kept handing out HUGE pieces of solid ice that ended up filling the sink up! Mr. Terry was very knowledgeable and friendly. I now

Called to have an LG refrigerator water line repaired. Was told they could repair it. The service man that came out was nice and respectful but had no clue on how to repair the problem. Had to keep FaceTiming with someone else to diagnose the problem. Ordered the wrong part twice and then advised they could not repair it. Still charged for the service call . Had another company come out and was told lines had been left disconnected .

Ken saved us SOOO much money when our washer pump went out! They were able to fit us in the same morning that we called and Ken was able to determine what the issue was and assured us that it was something that could be fixed and didn’t require buying a whole new washer over. He ordered the part and came back 2 days later with Terry and replaced the pump and had our washer up and running in less than 30 minutes from the time they arrived. My home warranty company notified them of an issue with my dishwasher. They came out, couldn’t find the issue. The same technician came out again to try and diagnose the issue and still couldn’t find the issue. He came out a third time same technician and this time I decided to take a video. He was finally able to see the issue. They ordered parts, they did not notify me that the part was in I called them after about 4 days they couldn’t get me an appointment until almost two weeks later. Have used One Choice on two occasions now and both times have been very good experiences. Ended up having to replace the washer and now the dryer (both pretty old). Both Ken and Mr. Terry were very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to discuss the problems with me and what options I had. I would definitely recommend One Choice if you are in need of appliance repair.
