We do custom orders from all of the major manufacturers of vinyl, fiberglass, wood & aluminum windows (MOST with a lifetime warranty). We specialize in all residential & lite commercial projects from the Do it Yourself home owner to the Contractor with any size projects. We have listed several of the manufacturers' brands we deal with - but not all, there are so many, it would be confusing if we listed them all!

In 2004, Vic Leupold and Lee Brohel saw lots of potential in Discount Windows. When they bought it, it was a one man shop with a big sign, "Call XXX-XXXX and we will open." The business consisted of the old brown jug gas station building and about 1,000 overstock windows on the corner of Ivy and 17th in Junction City.

Terrible customer service and process. They asked me to email window sizes and styles then never responded to my email. I called them a week later and they still hadn't even looked at the email. 3 months later no call, no email, nothing. For a builder with hundreds of windows ordered annually you would think they would welcome your business. Good luck with these guys. There are much better companies out there glad to have your business.

I tried writing a full review presenting both sides of my experience, recognizing a business’ obligation to make money but also arguing that a business should attempt to live up to the public image they perpetuate in their advertisements.

This is a really Shaddy company, I would recommend buying from another place. We are building a new construction house and our contractor had us pick windows out from here. Discount windows is a nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is aweful- if you have anything go wrong with your order your out of luck. They duck calls, and did not fix mistakes they made in the ordering process…they “take your money and run” so to speak.Jake from discount windows is who we dealt with.

Many years ago we had a need for a number of windows to be replaced and we chose to go with Discount Windows. It worked out very well and
we were happy with the price and service. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago we needed a part for a sliding glass patio door and one window. This was at a different home and the windows were installed many, many years prior. The brand of the patio door and window was Milgard and I saw on one of Discount Windows TV ads they carried that brand, so we called them to see if we could get the parts. WELL, let me say that we were treated like we were wanting to

Wow.. I’m shocked at the lack of communication and effort. Rude customer service. We’ve done small jobs over the years and used them, never had a good experience but out of convenience and desire to keep my money in my community we gave them another try for a new build. Needless to say they lost my business moving forward.

Discount window is easily the best place in the Eugene area to purchase or repair windows. They have a huge selection of windows from different vendors, and also a large inventory of different high-end types of doors, and lots of styles of door and window trim. The warehouse and repair worker's are friendly, fast and efficient. The inside is very clean, inviting and the displays for the products are well placed and put together well. Ok. I can't believe how great this place is. Garden window for half the price anywhere else. Portland yard has huge discount on single hung Jeld wen vinyl windows. I got Cascade white vinyl windows from Junction City and they meet the energy efficiency for tax rebate. Sales staff is great, guys at the yard were extremely friendly and helpful. When I remodel the next house, I'll be using them. Highly recommend.
