Level Five from start to finish, were amazing. Friendly, caring , honest and meticulous. Their proposal was very fairly priced too. We are not the easiest clients, and probably drove them crazy with questions and worrying. Juan and Guadalupe are truly the best, professional and both with great integrity and honesty. I've used Level Five Painting and is very happy with their work. They are very thorough and clean up the work space very nicely. Juan Cerritos is the person you want to talk to. Level Five's estimate was significantly lower that my other bid to paint the exterior of our duplex (2 story). They completed the job (2 painters) in 10 days. Juan made a couple of independent decisions (placement of accent color) which were an improvement of the previous paint job. The prep and minor rot repair were very good. I recommend them to others.

Level Five Painting is the best and you should JUST HIRE THEM! Juan and his crew take every care to make sure their work is beautiful and clean. The crew are reliable, professional, wore masks everyday (during COVID), courteous, were on time everyday, and are just really nice guys. Ivan and Jose were here almost throughout the entire project and they painted our interior, exterior and stained our new deck and refinished our older deck and bench. Juan stopped by often just to check in and say hello. It's all so nice....we couldn't have had a better job done. Their pricing is reasonable

Juan and his crew did a great job on painting my kitchen cabinets! Osvaldo did a superb job , very patient and professional. I was concerned because i went with a dark navy blue for my cabinets but they came out looking great. Couldn't be more pleased so Thank you. Juan and his team painted our neighbor's house in the Sunset District. I could tell his team took their time doing the work right and my neighbor recommended them very highly. We did a remodel and needed some really difficult painting done on our 80-year-old house. Their attention to detail and painstaking work to prep for the paint was incredible even in tough areas such as our lightwell. I could not recommend them more and my hesitation to paint the rest of our house is now gone now that I know who to call.

Juan and his crew did an tremendous job on the exterior of our home. Juan was precise in his bid and expectations on the front end such that his bid was the clear winner among the 6-7 bids received. The prep and painting itself was performed with skill and meticulousness (and yet also efficiency) and the crew was communicative and exceedingly considerate (mindful of their impact on the property and neighbors) throughout the execution of the project. Can't recommend them enough.

It has taken me awhile to write this review. After seeing Juan's crew painting several houses in the neighborhood last fall, and doing excellent work I contacted them for an estimate. His wife told me it may be a few months wait, I said that's ok, it's waited about 14 years. Juan came out and did a thorough inspections, explaining what types of paint and prep work would be used. His bid was very reasonable, and he was able to find a carpenter to redo an area of shingles that were giving it up after 100 years. Work started in February but was slowed down by a series of rainstorms

Juan and Guadalupe were a pleasure to work with, and our tenants are very happy with the new paint. From the estimate to the completion of the job, everything was handled very professionally by them.
They were the last piece of what I thought would be a simple window replacement job, but HOA's and property managers don't know the meaning of simple for any renovation so I was especially grateful for their help in making at least the last part of the project quick, easy, and extremely satisfactory!

Juan saved my mother-in-law! After an incompetent (and unscrupulous) local painting contractor made a terrible mess of her house, Juan and his crew took over and saved the day. Not only did they do an amazing job -cleaning the walls and the deck; repairing lots of water damage; and expertly painting everything- they also charged less than the incompetent schmucks who only half finished the job!

Juan Cerritos of Level 5 painting has recently painted and done repairs to my Berkeley Hills house. My old, 1950's house has been brought into 2017 and I blink with disbelief when I see it. I never thought it could look so good.
