Brendan O'Sullivan is a second generation carpenter and general contractor who takes the hands on approach with every project.
After earning his degree from Eastern University in Business Management, Brendan decided to continue pursuing his passion for the trade and create Keystone Home Remodeling. He is focused on the details in all areas of his work and sees the value in using long-lasting quality products and tools.
Brendan has also learned over the years by aligning himself with very talented designers not only creates a beautiful and functional space, but allows for the project to flow smoother and provides a more enjoyable renovation experience for the client.

Services
Dust control: top of the line Build Clean HEPA air scrubber and plastic zipper walls to ensure most dust particles are confined to the workspace. Floor protection: The use of a heavy duty cardboard or plastic runner will be put down on all flooring surfaces to protect against scratches and stains. Clean work site: At the end of each work day we make sure the space is clean.
Once we receive that information, we will follow up with a few questions to better clarify the details about the project. When we consider a potential project, the three most important topics that need to be discussed are budget, design, and timeline. Once we understand your expectations for the project, we can tailor a renovation plan to fit your criteria and needs.

After getting several quotes and meeting with several contractors to refining our flood damaged basement, we happily chose Brendan and Keystone Construction. We cannot recommend Brendan/Keystone Home Remodeling enough! He recently completed a remodel of our master bathroom and we are very happy with the outcome. We love our new kitchen that Brendan O’Sullivan transformed! We live in a charming 125-year old house with a very dated kitchen.
There were many “surprised” that Brendan had to overcome in this project. He discovered faulty wiring, poor plumbing, warped floors and sagging walls, just to name a few. Although the challenges were many, he corrected each one of these issues.
