Excellent customer service, excellent pricing, and excellent stone selection. The moment I walked into the Discover store, I did not feel like a customer. I felt like family. The warm and friendly staff welcomed me, listened to me, educated me, then gave me the space to choose the stone that was perfect for my needs. No high pressure sales tactics employed. The aptly named business administrator, Duchess, is truly regal in nature. We recently had our bathroom remodeled and had a quartz countertop made. The sales rep took time to show us many slabs of quartz and helped us narrow down our choices until we had what we wanted. They came to our house to measure once the construction was at the right stage, then cut the quartz slab within a week to exactly fit our space. We also got great sinks from them that went perfectly with the quartz. They came and installed everything. After it was done, we noticed one tiny nick in the quartz that had been filled in with white which didn’t match very well. It was so small that I told

So not so long ago I decided to do my kitchen but wasn’t sure where to even begin to shop for counter tops and then I met Duchess “Jae” in the midst of my kitchen remodeling nightmare. In no time I was taking a tour of their warehouse and later learned the differences between the different countertops. Duchess made everything smooth and easy from final measurements to install and post install. Step by step I felt confident with the choice of countertop to location choices and install schedules. One of the best place (Manassas location) to check out for granite upgrade. Duchess, the sales representative is very patience and answer all the questions you may have and make sure we are completely satisfied in the granite selection.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Working with Kimberly was a pleasure; very prompt, polite, professional. Got my quote back within 24 hours for a residential install, and was overjoyed with the price (compared to the big box stores). Once my cabinets were completed, I called her to set up the architect to come out and do final measurements, and he was out within 2 days. Kimberly sent me the updated quote (no change), I paid my deposit, and amazingly had countertops installed in less than 3 days (simple cuts and layout). The install team was wonderful. What a great experience! I would highly recommend Discover Granite to anyone. The cost was substantially less than the other quotes I obtained, but I certainly didn't sacrifice service or quality. Kim (in Manassas) was absolutely fantastic in walking me through the selection process and keeping me informed every step of the way (not to mention incredibly patient when I couldn't make up my mind on which stone I wanted). I love my new kitchen countertops and am so grateful that Discover made it so easy. I will definitely be calling on them again when we are ready to tackle the bathroom!

I really appreciated the Great Customer Service and Great Price. This is the second time I use this company for my home renovation needs. The owner of the company himself is very nice and humble. He takes the time to great and ensure all customers are taken care of. The Installation team put attention to every detail when installing the granite in my kitchen (Carlos’ Team). Fahti really helped us turn around a quick kitchen project in just a few days. Great prices and incredible customer service! We selected a granite top to expand our island on a Saturday and Fahti had it cut, delivered and installed by Monday evening. That kind of turn around is unheard of in the granite world!
