Shawn and his staff are a great team to work with. I replaced carpet in my bedroom and great room. From the initial visit in the showroom to estimating and the final install I could be more satified. They listened to my concerns did not try to upsell, they where knowledgable, and professional. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job on my chalet home! I worked with them throughout the estimate and buying process for installing Luxury Vinyl Plank floors. I was not even in the state of Colorado when going through the full floor purchase and installation and they were able to review my place, recommend flooring, and did an excellent job on the installation. Place looks great and they were very prompt and organized. Would definitely recommend them!

Don't waste your time. Came to measure and then never provided an estimate. I called, emailed and texted the estimator. I called the store and spoke with multiple people -- none of which could figure out where my information was. A total waste of time and energy.
UPDATED: Company responded saying they believe they have contacted me. This is a joke. I still do not have an estimate from this company.
2ND UPDATE: About a week later the owner called asking how they could do better in the future but did not bother listening to anything I said. Repeatedly told me I was wrong.
3RD UPDATE: A month later
