I thought I had done my home work by shopping around for a top of the line fireplace unit. Then went on the hunt for a highly recommend honest contractor. After 16 months of planing I find it was all for nothing. My unit ran for a day and a half and quit. I have called several times but they never call me back. Once i did get ahold of some one they said it sounds like an electrical problem in the unit it's self. Now they say because I didn't have them install the unit they won't come look at it. They say it all falls back on my contractor which has reasured me he will be out to recheck his work
