Get place! Hard to find a live person actually in the office, but Windy can be reach by cell phone number posted at front gate. The office voicemail also gives you Megan's cell phone number. Everytime I have tried to call Megan, I either get no answer or the records message that her mailbox is full.
If you rent a U-Haul truck , you get a coupon for 1 months free rent. Unfortunately, it's for your 2nd month rental unit fees, so if you only need a short term, 1 month or less rental, you are screwed out of the " free month" rental!

They state they have 24 hour surveillance but after my storage unit had the locked cut off and broken in to, they called a person in to look through the “footage” and unfortunately there was no way of seeing anything since not only was there hardly any lighting, most of the cameras were down. This place is a joke and also a rip off!

Absolutely wonderful facility. Management is very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile! With incredibly security, I never have to worry about the safe-keeping of my belongings. With personal access to the facility, I can come and go with ease and have never had issues getting into the facility or my unit. I recommend their services to everyone!

I’ve used other storage facilities and Blue Ridge is the best by far. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful, and provide excellent customer service. The facility is easy to access and kept very clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings there, knowing they will be safe and secure.
