Critical: Professionalism
Passed one of their young employees entering Kwik Trip who scoffed at me for wearing a mask. Entered the store, clearly signed that masks were required, without a mask. Why would I want them in my home if they can't follow a simple mandate. I would be concerned with trustworthiness. No thank you.
