Chuck Dwyer converted an old carport into a outdoor living space with kitchen. From conception to completion he was always available and had a strong attention to detail. Prices were competitive and the project was completed within budget and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with Chuck, Canda and the finished product.

3 years ago I had a vision to open up a barbershop where a parking garage was. The space literally had broken concrete and cars parked in it. I had Canda Construction along with 2 other companies to quote the job. It wasn't cheap let me tell you. But Canda Construction quote was $100k less than the other 2 companies. I chose Canda Construction not only because of price but mostly because Chuck Dwyer paid close attention to all the detail. Chuck Dwyer of Canda Construction was asked to submit a proposal to transform a former parking garage space into a barbershop. He was 1 of 3 contractors asked. Chuck reviewed the architectural plans and was $100k less than the others. He not only completed the work in a timely matter but came in at budget. The results are nothing but awesome. I would recommend Canda Construction for your next home or commercial remodeling project.
