Sherbeyn's has done several projects for us at 2 different houses over the past 12 years. The designs have always been thoughtful and creative; the workmanship has been impeccable, and the results have brought us joy and added value to our homes. Sherbeyn's crews show up when they say they will, they are polite and hard-working, and they leave the job site clean at the end of every day. We have recommended Sherbeyn's to our friends and neighbors, and we will continue to do so. I can't imagine letting anyone else do an outdoor project for us.

I contacted well over half a dozen contractors regarding the work I needed done. Donald Sherbeyn was truly impressive in his knowledge and his ability to offer various solutions. The work was completed as scheduled. There was one issue, as I’ve found happens sometimes. I called Donald. He answered the phone and told me my issue would be addressed early the next morning and it was. I suppose the true worth of a contractor is whether a customer would use a company again. Wouldn’t have to think about it for a second to have Sherbeyn’s do work again. Truly impressive!

Be very careful about this contractor. At the time of contracting to perform work on our new home totaling over $100,000 he only held a Class C license which only allows a contract value not to exceed $10,000. He asks for up to 65% up front, which doesn't motivate him to fulfill the contractual obligations. I had to keep my mouth shut while substandard work was performed as I was "upside down" on the contract balance. When he claimed the work was finished, I pointed out the deficiencies and what needed to be corrected. Instead of fulfilling his obligation to perform, he hires an attorney and to

You hate to post a negative review about someone in your community but folks have a right to know. In my experience, this guy doesn't care about quality as much as he cares about making a quick buck from trusting clients like my wife and I.
We recently built a new home in Culpeper County and Don came out to do an assessment. Nice fella; Slick talker - one who doesn't worry about the results.
