We've used Laurent for all our overhead door installs or replacements. 16 different doors replaced or installed over the last 30 years and couldn't be happier with the service provided before and after the install. Big enough to be good at everything and small enough to be good at customer service. Highly recommended.

Called Laurent Overhead Doors late Thurs afternoon with an electric overhead door with a broken spring at Laconia Quicklane. Requested to be fixed asap next morning if possible. Workers showed up first thing in morning and had spring replaced with no interruption to my work day. Much appreciated. Bill Salta

I always call or email 3 or more places before settling on a vendor. Laurent Overhead Doors not only came in the lowest, their reviews were better than the other higher priced door companies. When speaking to Laurent Overhead Doors over the phone, they are extremely pleasant. I did not have to be home while they worked but I have a camera (who doesn't these days!) and they did an awesome job from start to finish. Very much appreciated.

Called Wayne Dalton direct for service, was connected to Laurent OHD directly from Wayne Dalton. Owner was rude and hung up on me. That was after being hung up on by his installer! Sad thing is, Mike used to do my doors, never again! He was combative at the start, unwilling to help because I was hanging my own door! One star was just to allow me to comment, it should be -1...
