I called for an estimate for new gutters and downspouts, and Brad got back to me within a day or two. He gave me an estimate of when they could do the work, which was still about two months out, and they showed up within a few days of that estimate. (It's always been my belief that it's hard to get a good estimate from a company that works outdoors, as so much depends on the weather.) The crew that came out were professional and polite and answered all my questions. They did a great job installing the new gutters and downspouts, and in cleaning up and removing old materials. I just had seamless gutters plus Gutter Glove Pro installed at my home. The first rain has yet to come, so I've not seen this "product" in action.
