Absolutely an A+ operation all around. I lost hot water yesterday and had a different plumbing company come out and assess the situation. The other company gave me what seemed to be an unusually high quote for replacing a hot water heater given the research that I had done. I was lucky enough to find Rice Plumbing on Google, and gave them a call. I spoke to Mark who couldn't believe how high the other company had quoted us.
