The owners, Bill Giggey and Chuck Stranger, have a combined experience in the garage door business of 65 years. Since inception, Boca Door has been a retailer for Amarr Garage Doors and can provide hurricane ready garage doors or install hurricane posts to strengthen existing doors.
Boca Door is a participating provider in the My Safe Florida Home program and is fully trained to make your garage door as safe as possible. Any residential garage door problem is within our scope of experience. Boca Door carries parts and provides service for most garage door openers, and has been a Liftmaster Dealer since 1987. THE RUDEST NASTIEST SERVICE PERSON, EVER.
Incredibly condescending, misdiagnosed the problem with my mother's garage door, which was a very easy thing to do given that her problem did not show itself while he was at her home. He was very nice and did not charge her for that home visit. Of course, as these things tend to do, as soon as he left my moms house the problem came back, with a vengeance! The next morning,When we called him to come back and recheck the door, he tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and had me test his theory out. I tried to comply with his on the phone instructions
