Good experience, Stan came out the next day and diagnosed my refrigerator not cooling, and worked with my availability, ordered a part and his coworker Joseph came back out to repair, and he had excellent customer service, now my fridge is back to normal, definitely recommend for appliance repair.

I finally came across my receipt from Action Appliance or I would have already written my experience with this company. My daughter suggested to buy a refrigerator and I said no. Called this company and the technician was out on time and fixed my side by side and I haven’t had anymore problems. This was a year ago just when the pandemic started. I would definitely recommend this company and now that I found my receipt I will know who to call if I should need them again.

Stan was very knowledgeable about my 5 year old Samsung refrigerator. Before he repaired it, it sounded like a rocket ship preparing to takeoff plus it would not go below 40 degrees. Thanks to Stan, our refrigerator is quiet now and functioning as it should.

Stan came right out when I called, fixed the part on the washer. After he left, it still made a noise so I called right back and he came back and double checked his work. Something wasn't quite snapped into place the first time. The price was right for the work he did. I appreciated their professional and timely work! Will call again if needed.

Stan with Action Appliance was fantastic fixing out Samsung refrigerator which was totally blocked up with ice around the fan motor. We thought our refrigerator was going to blow up, the noise was so loud. Stan was here within hours and worked very hard, fast and was extremely knowledgeable about Samsung products. If you need your appliance repaired, call Stan. Doesn't matter where you are in the Triad, he will be there to fix your appliances.
