I worked with Blueberry Builders on a large office build-out in the flatiron district.They were easy to work with and the quality and management was solid throughout - even when things got complicated.
I especially appreciated the hands-on approach and quick problem solving from Russell and his team. There are always field conditions and you need a GC that will collaborate with you to solve them. I will be working with them again.

As an interior designer, I've worked with many contractors, and must say it's been a pleasure collaborating with Blueberry Builders on a retail project. Construction is a messy business, complicated by changing conditions in the field, shifting budgets & owner requests, and in this case, coronavirus shutdowns and delays. They've handled such challenges openly, and promptly made any changes requested. We've been pleased with their quality of work, and are on track to have a beautiful space.

Blueberry was recommended by a designer with whom we were working to build a restaurant in 2018. Blueberry came on board, talked up their restaurant prowess, and promised us an opening date of October 1, 2018. This was a full build for a restaurant - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, woodwork, flooring, the whole nine. We retained them as architect and design-build contractor.
Blueberry told us that they would be doing all the work on the job. They then sold the job to someone that the owner of Blueberry didn't know (he was referred by the foreman - more on him later). Blueberry had never worked

utilized Blueberry to build out my restaurant in Brooklyn. They came in on time and reasonably within budget as there were several issues during construction that required thoughtful solutions that were not costly. success. Design Build was our thing and Blueberry did it well.
