Services
At Haynes Plumbing, our plumbers work extremely hard to deliver the highest level of customer service to you. In business for over 20 years, and our level of commitment and professionalism has remained unmatched. Our world-class service starts the moment you contact our office. In the wake of a plumbing emergency, the last thing anyone wants to deal with is an unfriendly person on the other end of the line.
At that point, it becomes the most important thing in their life, and a plumber tops their most wanted list. Slow draining tub? We've got you covered! Whether commercial or residential, we have the equipment, the trained staff, and the flexibility to respond to your last minute emergencies. These guys went above and beyond on my recent remodeling project within my home.
At Haynes Plumbing we offer a wide range of services to meet all residential and commercial plumbing needs. From diagnostics and checkups, system maintenance and cleaning, installation and upgrades, to common plumbing related problems. When you call Haynes Plumbing to install, upgrade, or maintain your home's sewer or plumbing system, we will exceed your expectations each and every time.
Are your drains clogged? Have they slowed dramatically recently? It is possible debris has caused a blockage in your sewer line, causing a drastic decline in their functionality, or that tree roots have taken over your sewer line, causing unpleasant sewage backups. Hydrojetting may be the solution for you!
When this happens, however, it is important that you contact an expert to fix the repair right away, especially to avoid further damage to your home or commercial space. Hot water heaters are built with a glass-lined storage tank and over time, natural minerals in the water can calcify on the inside of the tank, causing the glass lining to crack, leaving your heater with a leak.

The Plumber Paul was very professional, but the dispatcher Karen is very unprofessional, and she's a liar. She stated that she reached out to us to make an appointment which was not true. We have caller id and fios apps that prove no incoming calls came from Haynes Plumbing. Karen called the other homeowners place of work and didn't even say good morning this is Karen calling from Haynes Plumbing and I would like to speak with you regarding our diagnostics on your water heater and the next steps to take. She just said I am sending Paul. Where to my job? And when you call the DC Office

If you have Homeserv insurance and they want to send Haynes, push back and get Homeserv to listen. My experience with Haynes went beyond them being unable to fix or diagnose issues, and beyond poor customer service. They actually wanted to break ground on my property to fix a pipe that they claimed was broken. It wasn't. I got a second opinion and I advise anyone else who is trusting Haynes to do the same. Find a company with integrity and stick with them (not Haynes).

HomeServe sent out Haynes plumbing to my home to unclog my sewer line. They showed up earlier than they told me and were able to unclog my sewer line. Mike was very professional and thorough. I read the prior reviews and don't agree with them. I will be referring Haynes to my friends. They did a great job!! Thank you Mike!

Haynes was assigned to my claim by HomeServe insurance. Estimator arrived on time; he quickly diagnosed my water main issue and turned off the water to avoid nuisance to community. Understanding the urgency of the matter, the pushed me up in schedule and repaired the line the same day. Good communication; pending confirmation on WSSC inspection and repack dirt. Would use them again.

This company has the WORST customer service, and NO respect for your time. If you want customer service this isn't the company for you.
The lady answering the phone was rude and seem like I was annoying her for asking questions. The plumber showed up two hours after scheduled window (8-12)-no courtesy call to let me know they were running late. I called to inquire at 12:30; was told he was on his way. By 1:30 I had to head out. The plumber calls me after 2:00 saying he seating in front of my house. Reschedule for the next day waited another 4 hours.

I have HomeServe plumbing insurance through WSSC, and they use this company as their contractor. Big mistake. Their work is ok for simple jobs like snaking a drain, but it's very hard to get them to come out for a service call. They will call once at some point, not leave a message, and then move on to someone else. Fortunately, I don't have to deal with their inflated prices because of the insurance.

This company charges $89 to come to your home. My time slot was 11-3pm. The plumber never shows up. I call at 3:30 and the operator tells me that they are short-staff and she has no clue when they will arrive at my home. So I guess I don't get a courtesy call. I called multiple times and they just say I will call you back. The operator told me if they don't come today then they will reschedule to Friday. Finally a manager calls me back at 8:30 at night to tell me some bogus excuse that they can't make it today. So no apology for wasting a day and missing work. And for some reason

The plumber came out for what was to be an $89 service call, assessed the situation in 10 minutes and then said he'd need to tighten up the valves/pipes under the sink. 30 minutes later he tells me he has to go get a part and the job will be $489. I told him I thought that felt high and he said it "came straight from the boss." I declined the service and he presented me a bill for $175, which is $89 for the visit and $86 for him to take his wrench and not succeed in doing what he said he would. I think they are dishonest.

Haynes plumbing was recommended to me but apparently I called this one, which was not the Haynes plumbing I was looking for. This one has a .net address. When the plumber arrived, he told me when he arrived that it was going to cost $289 to snake a drain. I thought his was high but went ahead with it here thinking it was just NOVA. He was here for less than 30 min snaking a drain. After looking this up later, I realized this is ridiculously high price for what they did. The plumber was nice and cleaned up but I don't like feeling like I got taken advantage of price wise for something

After arriving home from vacation @ 1:30 in the morning, my family came home to water alarms going off & a flooded basement. I immediately turned off the water main & begin calling around for a plumber.
THE GOOD: I was able to reach an operator in the wee hours of the morning & was told someone would call me back first thing in the morning once the business opened & true to their word someone did.
THE BAD: Okay where to begin. The plumber arrives as he said he would, BUT right off the bat is unpresentable, is not in uniform, presents zero identification, ect. Essentially an older

Stay away from this company! I repeat, Stay away! My landlord hired these people to come and unclog a drain and they were very unprofessional. They left the entire bathroom a complete mess. Not only did they leave mud/ sewage reminents on the floor but they got material on the walls, sink and door. Then as they were exiting the home they left black fingerprints on the front door and sewage drips on the front steps. When I called to complain they immedietly stated that they did not cause this problem and would do nothing to clean it up. Needless to say I am disgusted at the level of profesionalism

I had an appointment to have 2 leaky faucets and a shower head washer repaired. two men showed up at my Potomac home without identification. I asked twice to see some form of id. one man was dressed in flip flops and shorts. while I called the office one man went upstairs and removed two faucets and my shower head {which was very expensive). I stated I would call the police if they did not leave my home immediately. they left with my property in one of my pillow cases. I am so glad this all showed up on my neighbor's security cameras... I look forward to my day in court. this company is

I got wind of Haynes Plumbing through a LivingSocial deal because I needed them for a drain in my basement that had clogged & overrun the day before. I must save they provide superior service and great workmanship. Rep called before he came to the house and was in and out within 30 minutes. The drain works better then it did before! Would recommend and use again :-)
