BEWARE! Lawn crew mowed over an expensive plant on my lawn. The company asked for before and after photos which were emailed to them. No answer from them after 19 days, so I contacted them and was told that without a receipt there would be no compensation! I bought the plant at a Farmers Market which was a cash sake and no receipt was given. They charge 50% MORE for the same job that any local mower would charge and have no conscious about their reputation with a customer! I got burned by Yards By Us, so please don't let them do it to you. There are other choices in the Winston Salem area

You better pay close attention to the conversation you have with the owner at the beginning of the service it's "subject to change", and billing will be at their convenience, I haven't got a bill yet other than the most expensive one in the service. Email response is not great and they didn't follow through with checking on what I was asking for "billing question". I would strongly suggest looking for a different company!

Yards by Us and its owner are super friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. I have used them for work at my home and have been very satisfied. He also volunteers his personal time, employees & equipment on a yearly basis to help maintain our Vienna Elementary School looking g professional and beautiful all year round! Signed up for regular biweekly service and constantly had to remind them to come out. Caught them billing us wrong once and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then, we went on vacation and came back to a yard that hadn't been mowed in a month! When I called to complain, I was argued with and told that all of their trucks have gps tracking so they check in everywhere they have been and that they mowed just last week. If this is truly the case then this company has a much bigger problem with dishonest employees. I had to text in photographs of the grass, 15 inches, up to my knees, to get

Been calling for 3 days requesting irrigation repair service. Was left on hold by Kelly while she checked to see if David was in,on hold 10 minutes finally hung up. Contacting someone else to do the job
