Amazing! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet….it was a disaster! We’re talking puppy stains and children’s crayon, paint and junk! Chase worked magic! Looks like brand new carpet. Also cleaned tile floors…again…unbelievable! Fantastic!

Chase did an amazing job. My German Shepherd basically took over my guest room and the carpet was horrible with dirt and stained. It now looks like new. I was honestly not expecting him to get it looking as good as it does now. Also I have a long nap area rug that was very dirty as well. The area rug is now clean and white again. I would highly recommend LKN Carpet and Tile!

After my dog decided to go crazy while I was out one day and drag all my house plants (with the soil) all over the couch and apartment, I was extremely overwhelmed. Did a little research online and called a few places. Everywhere I called the wait was going to be 3+ weeks and it was going to cost a lot of money. I ended up calling Lake Norman Carpet and Tile Care and they scheduled me much sooner and the price felt extremely fair. He even threw in a few of my couch decor pillows for no additional cost! Couch looks brand new and no more dirt stains. Thank you so much LNC&TC! Service was wonderful
