Mr. Mitchell Shriver came to my house and gave me a full rundown of how to operate the system, settings , and where everything is located. Mid-Tenn is an awesome company. They have not only given amazing customer service but are also highly knowledgeable in what they do. Mitchell did a complete walk through of our system as well as repaired a contact in our door. He was very knowledgeable and even dealt with our crazy dogs. :) I so appreciate the time he took to make sure we knew the ins and outs of the system.
