We clean residential, lived-in homes and businesses, usually on a reoccurring basis, in the East Valley areas of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Queen Creek. We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:30. We show up when we say we'll show up, do what we say we'll do, and carry all the insurance necessary to keep you and your home safe.
If you are new to us, scheduling a house cleaning, starts with a phone call, usually to schedule an "in-home" visit or estimate. While some questions can be answered over the phone, others can't, at least not accurately. It is worth the time for both of us to start it right. Once the quote has been approved we'll set up a regular cleaning day and time at the frequency that works best for you.

We don't clean with bleach nor ammonia, and we are very careful about what we allow our staff (and your home) to be exposed to. If you have a 2 to 3 foot step ladder, we would use it at times to reach your high areas. Many of our clients don't want to or can't be around their homes while we are cleaning.

The girls talk bad about the owners inside the houses and always on there phone. Nor do they pay there employees. I never got my check. They also just dont clean half the stuff they are suppose to. Many houses i walked into said how its the first time in 6months someone touched her blinds. I was upset.

We have used Maids On The Spot since 2010 both commercially and personally with very few issues. We have used their services for facility cleaning and window cleaning on a regular basis. I also like that they use plant based cleaners, so they do a great job cleaning without harmful chemicals.
Bern is one of the owners and my main contact for if we need special services or have any issues with anything and he is very responsive. They do their best to accommodate any special requests for their clients.

My family has been trusting Maids On The Spot to keep our home clean for years. With two dogs and one cat that is no small task! They came out and cleaned our house and did a fantastic job. They were scheduled to be there for 2 hours but ended up staying a little later to finish the current job they were on instead of dropping what they were doing to go home for the day. What really made me happy was that they came on a Saturday which was the only day that worked for us and even though they are closed and don’t normally work on Saturdays they made it happen for us. I WILL DEFIANTLY USE THEM AGAIN!!

Maids On The Spot has been a cleaning company I have relied on for 17 years. They have blessed me by helping to make my house a home for me to raise my children in. I have used Maids on the Spot for about 15 years. I love the way they clean—one room is deep cleaned every visit. They also offer a whole-house deep clean if you need it. We have used their window-cleaning service as well. The maids are professional and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. They have always done their best to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend them!

I employed Maids on the Spot for $119 biweekly and literally got spot cleaning. I paid for the entire service but want to inform others of my experience. We were told they were going to be here 2-3 hrs and instead were here 1.5hrs. They did not vacuum except for 1 mat of which they stayed they would vacuum the floors and then mop with a real mop. The mop with an apparatus and a sponge instead. I was left with stains still on the floor from before. There was hair still on the floor. They spot cleaned. The bathrooms still had urine dripping down the seats from where they sprayed and did not wipe

Called Maids on the Spot for a specialty clean on a home going up for sale. Vern was so accommodating and flexible and gave experienced advice. We had to reschedule once and they worked us in and even sent out their window washing guy. Impressive since I clearly indicated this may only be a one-time job and they all went above and beyond. I went in for a job interview and was not there for even 5 minutes before one of the bosses, Dale or Bern, began acting racist towards the other employees. I was sitting in a room with other workers and they looked like they were on a break, eating lunch, just hanging out and talking to each other. That's when one of the men came out and began "politely" asking one of the female employees to stop speaking Spanish (there is no polite way to tell someone to stop speaking their language and he was being very condescending), his reasoning being that it's his company and he is English

When My son purchased his first home,the main house and casita had enough dust,dirt, and grease to plant potatoes then fry them! I called Maids On The Spot,they were so friendly,and professional,and affordable.Calling them on a Wednesday ,they were able to meet my sons schedule and send a team out on Saturday! And a team it was! Bertha and Sandra are amazing.. There wasn't any grime left behind, The tubs he didn't have high expectations on, but this team came through..everything smelled so fresh and clean. Horrible experience. Bern is extremely disorganized. I set an appt with him, but then he later had to change it because he had overbooked for that day. I had no problem with rescheduling. Office help, Sandy, called to confirm time with me. I couldn't make it at that time, as I had to meet my son at his school. I could meet any other time that week, as I work from home. She told me Bern would call me to coordinate a time. No call from Bern. 2 maids show up unexpectedly; no notice. It has been a while so I would like to say that I am overall happy with the effectiveness of service, reliability and the great customer service we receive from Bern and his team.

UPDATE: Before reading further, know that the owners did refund me a portion of the costs because I was unsatisfied with their service. For that, I give Maids On The Spot three stars instead of the original two stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: They do a good job, but they won't use strong cleaners. If you are paying by the hour, forget it. They use a lot of time with elbow grease. But without the necessary cleaning solutions, they take a very long time.

Reliable, extraordinary customer service, and the cleaning was first-rate as well. The owner went above and beyond to help me out by finding me a crew on very short notice, and who were willing to drive out of their normal service area. I was very happy with the work and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend!
