After reviewing a home inspection report, I was upset to learn that we had mold in the attic and basement. After several calls to local companies, Mario Mercati took the time to look at my photos, explain the process and reassure me that the problem could be handled quickly and efficiently. His on-site evaluation at my house was thorough and again, he explained everything thoroughly. HIs team has been efficient and professional. I used SERVPRO in the past for water damage and I cannot recommend the Milford-Orange-Stratford division highly enough. Ask for Mario Mercati!

If you ever have a disaster, do yourself the biggest favor and hire the AMAZING professionals of the Milford, Orange and Stratford SERVPRO! Danielle, and her wonderful team of Junior, (who is a huge strong guy), Nikkie, Karlya and all the crew (who are the hardest working people you’ll ever meet!) took care of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE when we had a fire at the school where I work! Junior Delgado and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Junior was easy to reach by phone, even on the weekend, and knowledgeably addressed all our concerns about the water damage in our house. We worked with Servpro for over a year while our home was repaired from tornado damage.
Eric was always prompt, professional and polite. He was friendly and personable. The process of moving out most of the contents of our house and moving it pack in was efficient and done carefully so there was no damage and no loss.
Eric helped us through all the stages in the last year. It would be too much to list it all. Cleaning, storing and moving our belongings was a huge

Danielle and her crew are some of the best out there. Had a small leak in a basement and called them on a Sunday afternoon, a few hours later, the crew was there cleaning out and doing the remediation. I was notified of every move, from the guys heading to my house, to the work being done that day, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would refer them to all in any situation. It helps with the stress levels when professionals like them are around.
