R&R Horn, Inc was established in 1992 by Richard Horn with a single backhoe. The company incorporated in 2000 as the company's equipment fleet and trained personnel capacities expanded. The company has experienced tremendous growth over the last ten years, more than quadrupling its size. Today, the company has over 40 employees and a heavy equipment fleet of 50 units.

The President and founder of R&R Horn, Inc, Richard Horn, started with a single backhoe in 1992 working in the heavy civil sector. The company incorporated in 2000 as its equipment fleet and trained personnel capacities expanded. Quin Hogan joined R&R Horn, Inc. in 2003 bringing both project and system management to the company.
We believe project owners deserve to make informed decisions. Bringing R&R Horn, Inc. into the pre-construction process offers our clients the benefit of the company's estimating and project management team reviewing project plans for constructability with the intent of fixing conflicts and potential problems prior to construction, as well as filling voids neglected in the plans and specifications.
R&R Horn, Inc. takes safety seriously. We believe that proper training of personnel and subcontractors can eliminate potential hazards and avoid accidents. The company adheres to OSHA standards and implements programs such as Confined Space Training and Tailgate Toolbox Safety Meetings to protect not only our employees from danger, but also to protect our firm and our customers from unnecessary lawsuits.
