I’ve used Desert Rooter on several occasions and he always does a great job! Carlos has replaced all the plumbing pipes in a house, changed toilets, installed water heaters, faucets and installed gas piping and appliances. He shows up when says and is very reasonable with his prices! His greatest value comes with fact that I trust and respect him!!

Nice people! If you are looking for a plumber who honestly strives to solve a problem with the drainage of your house, Carlos is the one! I had not seen anyone before who worked methodically and with great efficiency in the area of plumbing services like Carlos. Honestly and to the point, because of how he does things it seems that he does not like to waste time. In a couple of hours he solved a clogged pipe of my house that two plumbers previously could not solve. Carlos is a very well equipped and experienced guy. Take advantage of Carlos he won't let you down!

I discovered Carlos Ocampo through Home Depot while I was doing my master & guest bath remodels this past year. Carlos handled the all of the plumbing projects very well and met all of my expectations. Carlos has been a breathe of fresh air - he is easy & fair to work with, his jobs are impeccably thorough & complete, he is prompt and on time, and his rate are very reasonable. I just had him come by to fix a leaky under sink drain in the kitchen. As usual, Carlos has exceeded my expectations and did his usual exemplary job! Carlos of Desert Rooter Plumbing is the best plumber we have ever had. Carlos is very competent, fairly price, and considerate of your needs and time. Carlos did some work at my condo before its sale. It was purchased by a flipper who had his own plumber come out for the inspection. I was there and his plumber told the buyer that the work done was exceptional. Now my mom uses Carlos's services. She's 97 and needed a new toilet. Carlos knew just what to get that worked for her (higher and easy to flush.) Carlos is a quality plumber and a gentleman.

I called Carlos to replace my water heater. He was very professional, prompt and courteous. He came out right away with a new water heater and got if replaced quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. He price was very reasonable, he did not try to up sell me and his crew was very polite and efficient. I highly recommend Carlos Diaz and Desert Advantage Plumbing. They are the GREATEST!
