CTS was wonderful!! Had to replace my furnace. They truly cared about my situation and tried their best to fix what I had. It could not be fixed but they were available and ready when I needed them. Very upset with this company I had set up a service with them for Wednesday they never showed up so I called them 2 hours past my appointment time. They told me the technician was running behind so I rescheduled my appointment for the next day. The next day again they never sgowed up so I called them and the technician was just in the office talking with other staff. So they asked him if he could go to my house when he got there he was able to fix the problem but I had an extinction cord running my drop lights in the crawl space where he was. I was not able to go under there after he was done to
