In 1979 my instructor was the most skilled/knowledgeable craftsman I'd known. He not only instructed in all phases of furniture refinishing/repair, but also about work ethics, disciplines, customer service. I still remember the first project I worked my first day on the job: a rocking chair painted with 3 coats of paint, "years later I learned why he started me out with that project."

Ed refinished a large octagon table and 4 chairs and did a fabulous job. The oak finish had turned an ugly yellow over the years and he restored it with a gorgeous medium brown. He is a gem, meticulous and conscientious. Highly recommend him!

Ed provides high quality craftsmanship for a very reasonable price; he cares about the work that he does, and it shows. I brought him an antique childs rocker with a broken spindle ( including some chewing by pets, and I couldn't even tell where the break was. when I went to pick it up. . I would highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again.
