Originally good service, then when it came time to install purchase we needed a down
Rod. She "eluded" to a free down rod so I assumed she would include that with the new fan. The installer called and had to deal with her to get the rod. I went back to the store to look for something else and she basically blew me off, wouldn't call back. Bad business practice.

I'm glad the previous reviewer had a good experience. So did we, about 7 years ago. But this time? Not so much. There are plenty of other lighting showrooms where the staff are actually pleased to see customers - but not so with "Susie" on the two days we had to deal with her. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere instead. Or at least, if you see "Susie" working the showroom floor, come back another day when she isn't.
